These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Embrave ("we", "us", or "our") regarding your access to and use of the Embrave mobile application and related services (the "Services").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use Embrave.

1. Description of Service

Embrave is a personal development mobile application designed to help users build confidence, overcome social anxiety, and improve self-growth through guided challenges and motivational content.

The Services may include:

• Confidence-building challenges and exercises
• Personal growth activities and self-reflection tools

2. Eligibility

All rights in the Services, including software, design, text, graphics, and logos, are owned by Embrave or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our intellectual property without permission.

"Embrave" and associated logos are trademarks of the Embrave project.

9. Premium Features and Subscriptions

Certain features may require a paid subscription.

9.1 Billing

Subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Payment will be charged to your store account upon confirmation of purchase.

9.2 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.

9.3 Subscription Management

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store or Google Play account settings.

9.4 Free Trials

If free trials are offered, billing may begin automatically after the trial ends unless canceled beforehand.

10. Health and Medical Disclaimer

Embrave is intended for personal development and self-improvement purposes only.

The app does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic services.

The content and challenges in Embrave should not be considered:

• medical advice
• mental health treatment
• professional therapy

Always consult qualified professionals regarding medical or psychological concerns.

If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact local emergency services or a crisis hotline.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Embrave is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that:

• the Services will be uninterrupted
• the Services will be error-free
• the content will always be accurate or reliable

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Embrave shall not be liable for:

• indirect or consequential damages
• loss of profits, revenue, or data
• emotional distress or business interruption

Our total liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed:

• the amount paid by you in the previous 12 months, or
• $100, whichever is greater.

This limitation does not affect rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13. Third-Party Services

The Services may rely on or integrate with third-party providers, including hosting, analytics, or payment platforms.

We are not responsible for:

• third-party service availability
• their privacy practices
• damages caused by third-party services

Your use of such services is governed by their respective terms.

15. Termination

You may stop using Embrave and delete the app at any time.

15.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

15.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• your license to use the Services ends
• you must stop using the application
• provisions relating to intellectual property and liability survive

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Montenegro, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Podgorica, Montenegro.

17. Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding Embrave, you grant us the right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation.
